Crosby Speedbinders TD92RL Torque Drive Load Binder 3/8-1/2

Crosby Speedbinders TD92RL Torque Drive Load Binder 3/8-1/2

Crosby Speedbinders TD92RL Torque Drive Load Binders are truly revolutionizing the way truckers and haulers are operating- the clue is in the name- Speedbinders take the time-consuming inefficiency out of load securement and lashing down of heavy goods on trucks and flatbeds.

No longer do you have to spend ages cranking away with your standard 'old-school' ratchet load binders- these babies make light work of heavy loads- simply position your chain links into the hooks as tightly as you can by hand and then insert a cordless drill and let the innovative Speedbinder Load Binders do their thing. The best part? You'll get a tighter and stronger bind than ever before! No more using a piece of pipe to try to get that very last notch on your binder- the cordless drill and Speedbinder mechanism takes care of it all and gives you the tightest, most secure securement in the game.

Revolutionize your daily haul today with the Crosby Speedbinder. Available in different sizes.

How it works:

  1. Fit the handle to your drill to help reduce and prevent the rotational forces that are be applied under operation. It is of paramount importance to use both hands when using Speedbinders.
  2. We recommend setting the torque level (dial located on the collar) to seven to begin with. This gets nearly allĀ chains super tight. Adjust up or down the numerical range to best meet your requirements.
  3. Pull your slackĀ in on second or third gear (you'll findĀ the switch on top of the drill) and switch down to the first gear when you feel any pressure of the drill pulling down.
  4. As your chain getsĀ close to the desired tension, ease off a little on the button because you will begin to experience some twisting torque on the drill.
  5. Crosby has approved the use of a 3/8 impact. It's lighter, easier to use, and you can operate with a single hand. Please do not use a 1/2" impact ad this will void the warranty. The trade-off is that the drill gets the chains tighter, but you will have some twist to counter. The impact is easier to use and will wear the drive bolt sooner. Drive bolts take just five minutes to replace and we have them listed for sale here
