Green Pin G-4163 Safety Pin & Bolt Shackles

Vanbeest Green Pin G-4163 Safety Bolt & Pin Bow Shackles are an industry standard everyday rigging accessory commonly used in applications where a permanent attachment is required or where the load is subject to turning and torquing since the safety nut and pin prevent the shackle from unintentionally opening. Known as a premium branded product, the Green Pin Bow Shackle G-4163 features a standard screw pin with safety bolt and pin, painted in the flagship green color that is recognized globally.

Material

Manufactured from grade 6 high tensile steel that has been quenched and tempered provides a tough safety factor of 6 times the working load limit when used correctly.

Standards

Green Pin Bow Shackles meet the performance requirements of US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271 Type IVA Class 2, grade A, from 2 t and upward these shackles comply with ASME 830.26, whilst all conform to EN 13889.
