We understand that all facilities are different, and sometimes there just simply isn’t enough space to consider pouring a foundation for a stationary jib crane. Or perhaps, your factory/warehouse requires jib crane lifting tasks in multiple places, but installation isn’t viable - Well, thanks to HSI, your problems have now been solved.

Introducing the Portable Forkpocket Jib Crane, designed to easily move throughout your workspace with a standard forklift truck.

Capable of transporting loads of up to 250lbs, this portable swing arm crane comes in a multitude of variations, with spans ranging from 8ft to 16ft, and height under booms from 8ft to 15ft – no matter the size of your facility, LES can offer you a portable jib crane solution to suit your needs.

Offering smooth 360-degree rotation as standard, HIS’s Model 350PJ comes with a host of benefits, including:

• Levelling legs for easy adjustment
• Boom lock parking device for safe and easy transport
• Economical pipe over pipe design
• Full plate style gussets for maximum load distribution
• Bottom thrust roller consists of two self-aligning, heavy-duty, sealed cam follower-type bearings (maintenance free and easily replaceable)
• Upper Garlock sleeve and washer for top pin rotation (Teflon coated for minimal friction rotation)

All Cranes manufactured by HSI have a design factor of 15% of the allowable capacity for hoist weight and 25% of the allowable capacity for impact.

Additionally, all designs meet AISC standards, all cranes are in accordance with OSHA 1910.179, and all designing and manufacturing is done in accordance to ANSI B31.11.
