HSI 3000lbs Mast Type Jib Cranes
Many considerations must be taken into account when lifting heavy weights in any workspace, and one of the main ones is selecting the right equipment for the task.
Over the years, HIS have developed and continued to deliver a wide range of exceptional jib cranes, designed specifically for heavy-duty lifting applications, and the Model 314 Mast Type Jib Crane is the perfect example of their craft.
Designed to be floor-mounted, with upper support from a building truss or bracket, this Mast Type Jib Crane is highly suitable for low headroom applications and boasts a safe working load limit of 3000lbs (1.5Ton), with spans up to 20ft and height under boom of up to 18ft-11in. (depending on model).
Allowing for 360-degree rotation as standard, the Model 314 is an economical solution that requires no foundations, ideal for crane work cell handling scenarios.
Thanks to the heady-duty cast iron fittings with smooth roller bearings, easy rotation is delivered, even under the strain of heavy loads. Furthermore, this jib swing arm crane has low force exertion on the supporting structure and the profile maximises trolley traversal.
All Cranes manufactured by HSI have a design factor of 15% of the allowable capacity for hoist weight and 25% of the allowable capacity for impact.
Additionally, all designs meet AISC standards, all cranes are in accordance with OSHA 1910.179, and all designing and manufacturing is done in accordance to ANSI B31.11.
