HSI 8000lbs Cantilever Style Jib Crane
If floor space is a premium in your facility, but you still require a heavy-duty lifting tool, then this wall/column-mounted jib crane from HSI Crane could be the answer to your problems.
Highly suitable for use in bays, along a wall, or in an individual work cell, this cantilever-style jib crane has a safe working load limit of 8000lbs and is available in span lengths from 8ft up to 20ft*. Tight Wire Kit available HERE when purchasing an accompanying electric chain hoist. Tight Wire Kit is only required should you purchase an electric chain hoist.
Standard rotation with a cantilever jib crane is 180-degrees (depending on how and where it’s mounted), with this particular heavy-duty model offering smooth and effortless rotation, thanks to the cast iron fittings, complete with rollers bearings and zerk fittings allowing for easy in-situ lubrication.
Designed to maximize hoist lift, this wall/column-mounted jib crane requires less headroom when mounting, making it an easy to install lifting solution, even in heavy-duty environments.
All Cranes manufactured by HIS have a design factor of 15% of the allowable capacity for hoist weight and 25% of the allowable capacity for impact.
Additionally, all designs meet AISC standards, all cranes are in accordance with OSHA 1910.179, and all designing and manufacturing is done in accordance to ANSI B31.11.
