The 7 ft. Deluxe Kit from KStrong is a comprehensive and highly functional rescue and retrieval system designed for professional use in confined space and rescue operations. This kit includes a Tripod (UFT510007), a 60 ft. 3-way Rescue Retrieval SRL-R with Mounting Bracket (UFS310060R and UFT510010B), a 60 ft. Material / Personnel Winch (UFT530060), and convenient storage bags for both the tripod and equipment.
The MEGAPOD design offers adjustable height from 48.50” (1.23m) to 89.29” (2.26m), with telescopic legs for quick adjustments. The system is equipped with stainless steel cable-attached locking pins for secure and easy operation. Two securely connected eyebolts enable connection to personal protective equipment, ensuring safety during use.
The dual pulley system allows for efficient operation, with one leg supporting the winch wire rope and the other leg accommodating the retrieval block simultaneously. Built for durability, the MEGAPOD features anodized and powder-coated aluminum alloy legs and a powder-coated black aluminum alloy head. Stainless steel locking pins are electropolished for resistance against corrosion.
With a load capacity of 310 lbs. (500 kg) and a weight of 52.42 lbs. (23.78 kg), this kit meets or exceeds ANSI Z359.18-2017 TYPE A standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
