KStrong® Shock Absorber with D-ring and Snap Hook Designed for 6 ft. Maximum Freefall (ANSI)

The KStrong® Shock Absorber with D-ring and Snap Hook is an essential component in any personal fall arrest system, designed to effectively reduce fall arrest forces and protect workers at height. Built for applications requiring up to 6 ft. maximum freefall, this compact shock pack helps limit fall arrest forces to 900 lbs., significantly reducing the risk of injury during a fall.

Constructed with durable 1.18 in. (30mm) wide polyester webbing, the unit offers a breaking strength of 6,000 lbs. (2722 kg) and uses high-tenacity polyester stitching for superior strength and reliability. The integrated steel snap hook (PN 146) and D-ring are made of galvanized alloy steel, finished in silver or golden yellow, and rated for a 5,000 lbs. (2268 kg) breaking strength.

With a total weight of only 1.91 lbs. (865 g), this shock absorber adds minimal weight to the system while delivering maximum safety. It's ideal for use in construction, utilities, tower climbing, and other industries where fall risks are present.
