Designed with multi-purpose in mind is the Morse Drum Palletize Trolley With Geared Tilt and straddled legs capable of passing over a 41" pallet to enable easy positioning and picking of any steel, plastic or fibre rimmed drum up to the weight of 600Lbs. Perfect for loading and unloading drums on and off shipping pallets, drum dollies and spill containers.
Proudly manufactured in the United States of America, Morse Drum Palletizers feature v-shaped legs to enable corner picking whilst maintaining the ability to lift an upright drum 20" high.
Automatic gripping is achieved via the top rim grab jaws when raising the mast via the integrated hydraulic pump. When lowering, the jaws release when the weight of the load is reduced as the drum reaches the floor.
More advanced models of the 82AÂ exist that feature battery powered or air lift and lower functionality as well as stainless steel and spark resistant variations.
Additional upgrades are available for this model which include Top Rim Clamp function, Rimless Plastic and Fibre drum Bracket Assembly option as well as Diameter Adaptors. The most popular and highly recommended function is the MORStop Tilt-Brake which is a factory installed accessory that automatically locks and holds the drum tilt angle until you turn the hand crank again- this can be really helpful when it comes to controlled pouring and dispensing.
