Straightpoint INSIGHT Software for Wireless Loadcells

Supplied with an SW-D USB wireless dongle, Straightpoints innovative and unique INSIGHT software allows users to simultaneously connect directly to up to 126 SP wireless load cells to any windows tablet or laptop device.

Boasting an exceptional working range of 700m / 2300ft, INSIGHT is 100% wireless, therefore eradicating the risk of damaging cables, or even personnel injury.

INSIGHT has four main features:

Multi-channel display and data logging mode

Operators can view and log load data from connected loadcells live on screen, transferring directly to a .csv file ready for analysis at excellent speeds of up to 200Hz

Visualization mode

For the more complicated lifts, users can import a photo of the list and drag and drop load cell displays

Centre of Gravity mode

By connecting to Straightpoint's range of wireless compression loadcells, this feature allows operators to weigh and calculate the centre of gravity for large applications and structures

Proof load testing

Real-time graphical display of load tests with auto-generated test certificates (pass/fail) upon completion
