Extending on the popular and highly successful concept of the Tandemloc AC25C Steel End Caps that allow customers to assemble ASME B30,20 compliant spreader beams, the AQ31 series offers the same capabilities as its predecessors, but with a lighter WLL range and substantially lighter profile, while retaining the strength and durability often needed in harsh industrial environments.

 

The sturdy aluminum design providers end-users with high working load limits up to 62,000lbs, while the lifter weight ratio means that you can now hand-create a spreader beam without the assistance of a crane. The Lighter lifter weight also means that single operator transportation is possible, so you can reduce costs by eliminating needless air freight or shipping.

 

Manufactured from 6062-T6 aluminum, they offer high strength and durability in naturally corrosive marine environments, and are individually proof tested to 125% of WLL.

 

CAUTION: Never use a sling angle of less than specified. Never exceed the WLL for the pipe. These could lead to serious injury, death and property damage.
