Tandemloc Spreader End Caps enable you to build your own custom spreader beams and modular spreader bars without the custom costs and heavy lead times associated with such builds. High capacities from 14,000Lb to 1,544,000Lb per end cap, enabling a complete Spreader Bar assembly capacity up to 3,088,000Lb provide even the most demanding loads a quick and cost-effective solution.

We recommend that prior to purchasing Tandemloc Steel End Caps that you run your requirements through the Tandemloc End Cap App.

 

What You Get

• 1 x Tandemloc AC25C Series Steel End Cap (you'll need 2 so ensure you add 2pcs to your basket)

• Weight of the load
• Weight of the assembled lifter

You should also consider any height restrictions that will dictate the lifting sling height above the load.

• Appropriate sized pipe as per the below table 3"-8" End caps require schedule 80 pipe, whilst 10" End Caps and larger require schedule 60 pipe
• Shackles and slings as per your requirements

• Painted with abrasion resistant, high gloss, two part epoxy finish in Safety Yellow
• Assemblies can be proof tested and certified for the loads shown in the chart
• Use two end caps- one on each end of a compatible pipe (see below for pipe specs)
• All sizes over 8" feature one or two D-rings for easy handling of the end cap alone
• Does not include central pipe section- can be supplied on request
• Proof tested to 125% of the Working Load Limit
• 3"-8" End caps require schedule 80 pipe (found at almost all pipe dealers!), whilst 10" End Caps and larger require schedule 60 pipe
